But, of course, without quantum mechanics atoms wouldn’t be stable, so neither you nor I nor anything else made of atoms would exist, so despite all its complexity, fuzziness, uncertainty, and spooky action-at-a-distance, quantum mechanics is probably a Good Thing. However, I must note that quantum mechanics also permits Microsoft Windows to exist.”
