Virtual machines and networking

Note to self: If you copy a Parallels virtual machine so you can run too nearly identical virtual machines, don’t be surprised when only one of them can use the network when both are run.

Solution: Change the MAC address of the virtual NIC of the copied virtual machine.

(Took me three weeks to find this.)
