Being a company owner, these talks are becoming more and more interesting to me. Especially when I notice more and more the potential Cidev has to really grow. The only reason why we're holding back is that we think we need more assurances that things will really work out. This talk isn't about that.
This talk from Thomas Malone is about the structure you can use to set up your (big) company in a way that follows the current trends. He thinks that company hierarchies are passÃ© and we're moving more towards a democracy within companies. Not because people want to elect their boss, but because employees care about their work and want to influence major decisions. This way, you can harnass most of the potential of your employees.
